This past week has been both disheartening and uplifting! We saw major attacks on our civil rights and liberties, but we also saw strong, passionate activists like you standing up, marching, and responding to calls to action. Now, more than ever, California is poised to lead the nation in challenging the president's unconstitutional agenda. And so I invite you to join with hundreds of likeminded activists from the across the state for a powerful weekend of civic engagement and advocacy at our state's capital.

You'll learn about our legislative priorities and get the training you need to lobby support in your district. Then, you'll meet with your elected official and urge them to pass critical legislation to protect and expand the civil liberties of all Californians.
To get to Sacramento, travel grants are available for those who need it most
Please apply using our online form. (Deadline is Sunday, February 19.) Due to a huge influx of interest in this event and since we accept travel grantees on a rolling basis, we recommend that you apply sooner rather than later.
